CLD reserves the right not to produce calling card(s).

CLD sends out ALL calling cards "inactive" for your security.  When you receive your calling card you will need to call CLD prior to use.  You will also need to know your 4 digit security number to verify the user.  We highly recommend that we not put the 4 digit security number on your card, incase it is lost or stolen it can't be used unless they know the 4 digit security number.
