Invoicing
The "presentation of our invoice" is one area we
put a lot of emphasis on because the quality of the information, its
clearity and readability is important to our customer. We have been focused on what our customers have wanted since
day one back in '93 (see our Mission Statement).
Some customers have written letters that compliment us on a bill that is easy to
understand and easy to read.
A. Our customers have told us they wanted larger, easier to
read billing; we listened, and we now print everything on 8.5" x 11" pages
with a larger font.
B. Our customers also told us they wanted calendar month
billing, so we do calendar month billing.
Problems
No matter who you use you may encounter a problem. Here
at CLD we pride ourselves on our precise ability to handle any problem in
house. We solve problems quickly and efficiently.

Ring
CLD answers the phone on the first ring. We won't leave
you on hold or transfer you to 20 different people. In most cases, the
"first" person you talk to can handle the issue in minutes.

Our customer service department is definitely something we brag about. Our
staff has weekly meetings discussing customer service, and how we can improve
something that is already awesome.
First, we answer the phone. Not
only do we answer the phone, we answer the phone on the first ring over 98% of the
time.
Second, whoever you talk to can handle your call without sending you
through, what seems like an endless maze and then told to call another 800
number. Now that's frustrating!
Third, our billing. Our
billing is billed in a calendar month period, which is what our customers have
told us they want. Our bills are printed on 8.5" x 11" pieces of
paper, so they are not hard to read.
